10% Discount for new clients

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The 10% discount offer is only available to new clients of M D James Accounting Limited.
  2. The offer will apply only to any initial contract(s) entered into by the client with M D James Accounting Limited with a maximum duration of 1 year from the contract start date.
  3. The discount will be available on the current M D James Accounting Limited standard rates.
  4. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
  5. This offer will be available to new clients referred under the M D James Accounting Limited client referral scheme below.
  6. No cash alternative will be offered for the incentive.
  7. The incentive is not transferable.
  8. The discount may be withdrawn by M D James Accounting Limited if the client fails to settle any invoice within the terms of their contract with M D James Accounting Limited.
  9. M D James Accounting Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this scheme, or withdraw it at any time without notice.
  10. In the case of dispute the decision by M D James Accounting Limited is final.

10% Commission - Client Referrals

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Referrals must be new customers to M D James Accounting Limited to qualify for this incentive scheme.
  2. Initial referrals must be made to M D James Accounting Limited by telephone or email.
  3. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
  4. The incentive is not transferable.
  5. The commission will be calculated by reference to the value of any initial contract(s) entered into with the referred client up to a period of 1 year in duration. Where a 10% new client discount applies as detailed above the commission will be calculated on the value before the 10% discount is applied.
  6. No commission will be payable on any subsequent contracts between the new client and M D James Accounting Limited.
  7. The commission will be paid to the referrer within 30 days of the relevant invoice(s) being settled in full by the referred client.
  8. All referral fees will be settled by cheque or bank transfer.
  9. Referrers will be responsible for any tax liabilities arising on commission payments.
  10. M D James Accounting Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this scheme, or withdraw it at any time without notice.
  11. In the case of dispute the decision by M D James Accounting Limited is final.
